The NC Zoo offers a wealth of educational activities! Homeschool groups can participate in any of the NC Zoo's school programs EDventures at the Zoo (onsite programs), Zoo to You (offsite programs), Living with Nature (distance learning events), and Zoo Classroom (distance learning). Homeschoolers are also eligible for free tickets to visit the Zoo on weekdays during the school year. Reservations must be made in advance and homeschools must be registered with the state of North Carolina. Limit 2 free Zoo visits per school year per registered homeschool. Other restrictions apply.
